اقبال کا برصغیر پاک و ہند کی سیاست میں کردار و اہمیت
Role and importance of Iqbal in the politics of Pakistan and Indian subcontinent
Abstract
Dr.Allama Muhammad Iqbal found the Indian subcontinent shrouded in the oppressive cloud of British colonialism. It was a time when the Muslim community in India endured profound challenges in the realms of education, culture, society, and politics. In this era of degradation, Allah bestowed upon the Muslims of the subcontinent other visionary leaders, including Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal himself. With keen political insight, they dedicated themselves to guiding the Muslim population through the complex circumstances prevailing in India.Allama Muhammad Iqbal stood as a versatile figure in his era, encompassing roles as a profound thinker, poet, jurist, teacher, philosopher, Sufi, and politician. Through his keen political awareness, he played a pivotal role in awakening the politically dormant Muslims of India from their despondency.
