Elegy Writing of Agha Sikandar Mehdi
Abstract
This article is about Agha Sikandar Mehdi's art of eulogy in Bahawalpur. Who has priority among the obituaries of Bahawalpur. After a brief introduction to Agha Sikandar Mehdi, the compositional elements of his elegiac art, as well as a research and critical review of his elegiac, evocative, sentimental, episodic and artistic tradition formation, have also been examined. Agha Kashaari's philosophy and approach is aesthetic. He is very convinced of good deeds with good thoughts. He has expressed his ideas about poetry, especially eulogy, at many places in the eulogies. They make the dirge an example of the intensity of thoughts, the greatness of thoughts and the rarity of thoughts. Besides being a reformist poet, Agha Sikandar Mehdi also possessed oratorical thought in terms of temperament and oratory was also a desirable hobby of his scholarly scholarship. He maintained this field in his poetic process as well
