Abstract

The Kashmir conflict has been marked by human rights concerns, with reports of atrocities and alleged war crimes. In response, Pakistan has consistently expressed deep empathy for the plight of Kashmiri Muslims. The emotional connection is evident in the shared grief over the loss of lives, the pain of displacement, and the collective yearning for a peaceful resolution to the longstanding conflict of Kashmir. Pakistan has been a vocal advocate for the rights of Kashmiri Muslims on international platforms. Pakistan and Kashmir share a rich history and cultural heritage that extends beyond political boundaries. Kashmir is the lifeblood of Pakistan. Despite the passage of seven decades, Kashmir and its people are still shackled in the chains of slavery. India, through its millions of troops, is crushing the movement for freedom among the Kashmiris. For the sake of Kashmiri freedom, they are offering the sacrifice of their lives. No power, including the United Nations, is playing a role in asserting the right of self-determination for the Kashmiris۔
