Abstract

Allah Almighty is the creator and owner of the entire universe. Every object of universe expresses dignity of God  in its own style. Praise of God Almighty is an essential part of every believer's faith. Hamd Nagari is a style of poetic expression in Urdu literature that praises and glorifies the attributes of the Divine. Hamd Poetry is a significant part of Urdu literature. In hamdia poetry, the poet glorifies Allah in his poetic verses. The Universe and its objects is a mirror of the high symptoms of Allah. The tradition of Hamd Nagari involves poets composing verses in praise of Allah, the Prophet Muhammad (SAW), or spiritual themes. These poems are characterized by their devotion, eloquence, and use of intricate metaphors and linguistic beauty to express reverence. Sialkot, being a historical center of art and literature in Pakistan, has nurtured many poets and artists who have contributed to the development and preservation of Urdu poetry, including the Hamd Nagari tradition.
