Abstract

Magazines, journals and literary magazines have played a fundamental role in bringing forth creative, critical and research works related to Urdu language literature. Thanks to research papers, journals and magazines, where the treasures of knowledge and literature come to the scene anonymously, the important writings of new writers also get a place, and the new writers get encouragement and thus the tradition of knowledge and literature moves forward. Magazines and journals are not only useful for looking at the evolutionary journey of knowledge and literature, but also can find traces of social, cultural and civilizational changes that took place in an era ,can be helpful in conveying the tradition to the new generation.
