Problems of Marital life in 21stCentury Urdu Novel: With Reference to Selected Female Novelists

Abstract

In the twenty first century women novelists, in novels women’s issues have discussed in particular. In these novels have mentioned the mistreatment and exploitation of woman in the society. In these novels, they have fully reflected the domestic tension, problems of married life and the bitter consequences of bad company. They have presented different forms of woman and they have well interpreted desires, emotions and feelings of a woman. In the article under review, the issues of marital life were discussed in the light of twenty first century women’s novelists . This is the division of God, who bestows the blessing of a son as He wills, and deprives them of both as He wills, and deprives them of both as He wills. This trend has been going on since ancient times. During the period of Jahiliyyah, people were sadde ned on the birth of a daughter and buried her alive .
