Drama “Anarkali” is an important script of the history of Urdu drama. Is this drama based on reality? This is a major question on this drama. Mughal Empire having great history of governess in sub - continent. Akbar the great is prominent in the Mughal Empire. This drama directly related to this era. This drama having a tragic end of character “Ana rkali” got fame for violence and human values. This article addresses the factors about it, through which we can decide that reality behind it.
