In addition, the idea and fear of the infusion of office files in the midst of all the benefits he has described is a reference to his severe stress. The disease this character suffers from is present with it day and night, not only in the form of physical but also psychological illness. Physical illness can be accompanied by mental stress, anxiety and mental confusion, and also cause sinusitis. Because of which he feels that he has a horse in his stomach. Also, the forest of the walls of the bamboo shows mental confusion with regard to social attitudes.
