Abstract

The desire to become the most powerful is inherent in human nature, and atomic bombs were created to win wars and gain that power. Altaf Fatima is a mature short story writer who is well aware of the demands of contemporary circumstances, the purposes of global wars, and the devastating effects of atomic bombs. She also knows the art of informing and sensitizing her readers. How brutally innocent and harmless people are crushed in the pursuit of power. And how the defense of this heinous act is presented to the world. Global powers do not care about anyone but themselves. They have access to all means of buying justice and proving lies to be true, and they instigate nations to hate each other so that they can maintain their dominance. Altaf Fatima has exposed these behind-the-scenes realities through her short stories”.
