Abstract

Manuscripts have basic importance in the field of research and editing our literary, social political traditions, civilizations and culture reflect in these scripts. The research awares as about the achievements of past. It makes the present better and pinpoints the bast way to future. The scripts of Khurshid Alam Alvi consitst in this manuscript. Beside the antiques the rare scripts prove the literary tradition of this family. Particularly, scripts “Mutbarka-i-Shahjahani” informs us about the achievements of our ancestors. In this article, the different aspects of “Makhtoota Shanashi” are reviewed. Also the specimens, the paper, calligraphy and writing are presented which is an asset of research and editing.
