Saleem Shahzad's Contemporary Consciousness in the Context of Modern Urdu Poetry

Abstract

Life is reflected through literature. Where do economic and political changes have an impact on the quality of people’s life. It also results in several alterations in the literature. Economic and political changes have also had an impact on Urdu poetry, introducing a new depth to theme and stylistic levels over time. Who utterly disregarded ancient human thinking and comprehending principles and introduced new ones. The word, for these poets, is an object that tells a symbolic tale of a human being's emotional and psychological state. Salim Shehzad is another new poet who has introduced the poetry in a fresh linguistic style.Salim Shehzad's poetry reflects today's contradictory social ideas. In his poetry, he depicts true visions of an exploited society. The purpose of this study paper "Contemporary Consciousness of Saleem Shahzad in the Context of Modern Urdu Poetry" is to investigate the poet's contemporary consciousness in the framework of modern Urdu poetry.
