Dr. Abdul Hameed Irfani's Iqbal Recognition at a Glance

Abstract

Iqbal recognition is a significant subject of present era because Allama Iqbal is an internationally renowned poet, philosopher and thinker.Dr. Khawaja Abdul Hameed Irfani has an important place and status among Iqbal recognizer scholars. Khawaja Irfani is an important and famous scholar not only in Sialkot but also has a status in the international tradition of Iqbal studies. Khwaja Irfani is credited to introduce Iqbal in Iran. Thus, Dr. Irfani played an important role to produce brotherhood between two Muslim countries Iran and Pakistan. He authored a rational book “Rumi Asr" In order to introduce Iqbal in Iran. Furthmore, Dr.Irfani wrote Persian translation of "Zarb-e-Kalim" for Iranians that shows his hard love for Iqbal studies. Abdul Hameed Irfani’s hard work and love for Iqbal is commendable. Khawaja Abdul Hameed Irfani has written three books on Iqbal; "Iqbal Iraniuoon ki Nazar Main","Iqbal e- Iran" and "Payyam-e- Iqbal".There are a lot number of Irfani's literary services but this research work  explores Dr. Abdul Hameed Irfani's Iqbal recogntition with analytical  approach.
