A Look at Maulvi Feroz-ud-Din's Biography, Orientalism, Comparison of Religions and Scientific and Literary Services

Abstract

Moulvi Feroz -ud-Din was a great legend of (India) Indo Pak sub -continent. As an expert of language, as a poet and writer he has a specific place in the field of Urdu Language and literature. He has authored many books on different upon different topics.  In his books, He refuted orientalist William moor’s life of Mahomet and objections of others orientalists in a rational way.  Above all, he had command over the knowledge of comparative studies of different religions, Seerah  (life) of Muhammad (P.B.H) and Quranic studies also. His religious and literary services are beacon of light for Muslim Ummah.In this article a critical analysis of the literary, academic and religious services of Feroz-ud-Din has been presented.
