Abstract

Muhammad Tufail Hoshyar Puri`s poetry has all terms of themes and art which should be in good and impressive poetry.He has expressed the issues of beauty, love, patriotism and Islamic teachings, national,religious,social and moral values in a very beautiful and pure way keeping in view the traditions. Pakistan is an ideological Islamic state.Tufail is  considered a true Muslim and  a patriotic national poet.So,He has interconnected religious and national songs for strength of Pakistani nation.His poetry shows his deep love for Pakistan and religion Islam.Patriotism and religion has the status of beloved for Hoshyar Puri. "Mere Mehboob Watan" is the first collection of poems by Tufail which consists of religous, patriotic poems and war songs. The most widespread and well known subject in Tufail's poetry consists of Islamism and patriotism.He has openly expressed his feelings and emotions for Pakistani nation`s strength in his poetry especially in his war and national poems.His religious and national poetry is commendable.In this research article, Islamic, national and patriotic poetryof Tufail Hoshyar Puri`s poetry has been highlithted.
